Warth House on Greers Ferry Lake

Our house is located directly on the lake in the Narrows area of the lake about 200 feet from the water with a gentle path down.  You can swim or anchor your boat right in front of the house.

The house sleeps 8 and has 3 bedrooms, 2 with double beds and 1 with twin beds and a queen sleeper in the den and has 2 bathrooms.  There is a 12' x 30' air conditioned sun porch overlooking the lake as a wood burning fireplace (firewood provided) and a dishwasher.

The house is within a 5 min. drive to boat or jet ski rentals at 3 nearby marinas or boat launching is just across the highway at the Narrows Recreation Area close to numerous restaurants, grocery stores, craft and antique shops, movie rentals and several golf courses.
 
     
  Furnishings Include:  
 

Central heat and air, Bed Linens & Towels, TV - VCR, Washer and Dryer, Toilet Paper and Bath Soap, Dishwasher Soap, Charcoal Grill.  Full kitchen includes refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, dishes & cookware, coffee pot and toaster.  There is no telephone in the house and the house is no smoking inside the house.

2 Night Minimum at $180.00 per night, $1200 for a 7 Night Week.  Credit Cards are not accepted and a $200 deposit is required at reservation time.  This does apply to your rent.  A 30 day cancellation notice is required or the deposit is forfeited.  We will mail you a confirmation when we receive your deposit.  Rates are subject to change without notice.

Check out time is 11:00 am and check in is at 3:00 pm.  (Check in and Check out times are firm)

  Directions:  
 

From Quitman - at the junction of HWY 5 and 16 turn left toward Greers Ferry.  After 15 miles at the town of Higden look for Bondair Road.  Turn right on Bondair Road - if you cross the Narrows Bridge you have gone to far.

From Drasco - take HWY 92 across the Narrows Bridge.  As soon as you cross look for Bondair Rd.  Turn left there.

For Warth House - take Bondair Rd. 1/4 mile to Air Rd. turn left Warth House is #24 the 2nd house on the right.  Click on the map below for driving directions  to Greers Ferry.
